Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Head located in New Delhi. The Area Head will oversee daily operations, develop and execute business strategies, manage a team, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with different business units, managing client relationships, implementing process improvements, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Qualifications Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills Experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment and components Customer Relationship Management and Process Improvement skills Knowledge of compliance standards, performance metrics, and quality assurance Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and travel as required Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the core sector industry is a plus Show more Show less
