Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for the role of Area Head. The Area Head will oversee and lead operations within a designated area, manage staff, ensure students' success within the CCBP 4.0 programs, and drive engagement within the student community. The role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, resource allocation, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. They will also be responsible for tracking progress and reporting on various metrics related to program success and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership and managerial skills: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, lead initiatives, and oversee operations.
• Strategic planning and resource allocation: Capability to develop and implement strategies and efficiently manage resources.
• Relationship building: Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders, students, and staff.
• Performance monitoring and reporting: Experience in tracking progress, analyzing performance metrics, and creating comprehensive reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate with diverse groups.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with 4.0 technologies such as AI, ML, Full Stack Development, Cybersecurity, IoT, VR/AR, Blockchain is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
