Key requirements for this role include team management skills, experience in Banca/Partnership handling, familiarity with the geography, and proficiency in Kannada and Malayalam languages. Functional competencies in top-line business, partner engagement, and compliance are crucial for success in this position. You will be evaluated based on defined company measures of success such as top-line performance, branch activation, penetration rates, attrition levels, and SOR.
