Area Head

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of front-line sales representatives in promoting and selling life insurance policies directly to clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of front-line sales representatives to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the customer base.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience:

  Minimum 12 years of experience in managing sales teams with proven success in sales, preferably in the life insurance or financial services sector.

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
