Area Collections Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling an entire region for collections, including identifying and developing measurement standards for improving the performance and professional effectiveness of the collections team in the region. Key Responsibility: - Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with division objectives - Manage operating framework, provide guidance, and ensure high performance standards and continuous improvement - Monitor NPAs to keep them at minimum trigger levels - Oversee and manage Agency Management - Conduct personal visits to high-value cases not handled through normal collection channels - Maximize returns on each pool and focus on lower delivering cuts - Collaborate with Business and support team for speedy issue resolution - Work closely with legal counsel and management on sensitive collection situations - Gather information on competitor policies and define suitable collection policy & trigger mechanism Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in any field - Masters degree in Finance preferred Additional Company Details: The incumbent will also be involved in developing a talent pipeline for key roles, providing mentoring for high potential talent, monitoring and enabling goal achievement for direct reports, ensuring compliance of vendors, in-house staff, and processes from an audit perspective, and interacting with various internal and external stakeholders for collection activities.,
