Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Area Collections Manager in HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the collections process to ensure timely debt recovery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection efficiency.
Lead and motivate a team of collection agents to achieve targets.
Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
