Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Area Collections Manager, located on-site in Bareilly. The Area Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection of payments from customers, managing a team of collection agents, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role also includes reviewing and analyzing collection reports, establishing collection targets, handling delinquent accounts, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

Experience in managing collections and handling defaulters
