Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager located in Gujarat, India. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for managing sales and operations within the assigned territory. Daily tasks include developing business strategies, overseeing customer relations, managing a sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role involves market analysis, performance reporting, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Strong analytical skills for market analysis and performance reporting
• Excellent team management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of the vehicle finance market and related financial products
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
