Area Business Manager

As an Area Business Manager for medical device sales, your main responsibilities will include: - Promoting and selling Company's EMG Biofeedback Device and services in your assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets - Developing and strengthening long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare professionals and distributors - Identifying leads, assessing customer needs, and providing effective product solutions to maximize clinical and business benefits - Driving clinical education and training programs for healthcare providers to ensure effective adoption of the Company Device - Conducting market research, gathering competitive intelligence, and analyzing trends in the neurorehabilitation and physiotherapy market - Implementing market development plans, sales strategies, and adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives - Communicating customer feedback regarding product performance and suggestions for improvement to internal teams - Organizing and executing clinical programs, workshops, and product demonstrations to drive engagement and adoption - Supporting distributor management through training, motivation, and performance monitoring Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Science, Physiotherapy, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA preferred - 5 years of experience in medical device sales, physiotherapy solutions, neurorehabilitation, or Pharma MNC - Strong practical knowledge of sales techniques, territory management, and customer engagement - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to understand clinical workflows and translate clinical value into commercial opportunities - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite - Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory Benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. ,
