Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Business Manager, based in Chennai. The Area Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, managing a team of sales professionals, and generating revenue growth in the designated area. Day-to-day tasks include developing effective sales strategies, tracking and analyzing sales data, mentoring team members, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes setting performance targets and implementing business plans to achieve company objectives. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the sales team effectively Expertise in sales strategy, revenue generation, and ability to achieve sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and team collaboration Analytical skills for tracking sales performance and identifying areas for improvement Prior experience in business development or sales roles, especially within the marketing, fashion, or beauty industry, is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
