Key Responsibilities

• Lead regional business development and manage end-to-end commercial operations.

• Drive clinical onboarding and ensure successful integration of digital therapeutics solutions.
• Mentor and guide field teams to achieve revenue, awareness, and adoption targets.
• Execute marketing strategies, clinical outreach programs, and medical engagement roadmaps.
• Track business metrics, forecast growth, and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Collaborate with product, clinical, and operational teams to enhance customer experience and service outcomes.

Requirements

• 6 - 13 years of experience in the Pharma, Medical Device, or Diagnostics sector.
• Proven experience in territory management, hospital engagement, and structured sales planning.
• Strong influencing skills and experience working with medical stakeholders.
• People-management experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Self-driven, analytical, and motivated to scale new-age clinical innovations.
