Role Description

As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by leading and managing a team of Financial Consultants. Your day-to-day duties will include mentoring sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving business targets in your assigned region. You will also focus on building strong client and partner relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and tracking performance metrics. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cannanore.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, team leadership, and business development
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and developing sales strategies
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the insurance sector, financial products, or related fields
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven and dynamic environment
• Prior experience in managing Financial Consultants is an added advantage
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business objectives
