Area Business Manager

Key Responsibilities

Business & Sales Management

• Achieve area-wise

  sales, revenue, and profitability targets

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
  
• Drive

  conversion, ticket size, and productivity KPIs

• Execute sales promotions, schemes, and seasonal campaigns
  

Store Operations

• Ensure smooth store operations as per company SOPs
  
• Monitor

  stock availability, replenishment, and inventory control

• Reduce stock losses, shrinkage, and ensure audit compliance
  
• Coordinate with HO for billing, logistics, and dispatches
  

Team Management

• Lead, coach, and motivate

  Store Managers and sales teams

• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews
  
• Ensure manpower planning, onboarding, and training
  
• Maintain discipline, grooming, and service standards
  

Customer Experience

• Ensure superior

  customer service and grievance handling

• Build strong relationships with key and repeat customers
  
• Monitor customer feedback and NPS scores
  

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and submit

  daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

• Ensure statutory, HR, and company policy compliance
  
• Support internal and external audits

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / MBA preferred
  

• 10 to 20+ years

  of experience in Retail / Sales
• Prior experience handling

  multiple stores or territories

• Jewellery background preferred
