Role Description

As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing business strategies, and achieving revenue goals. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying and addressing market opportunities, and ensuring effective implementation of the company’s strategic objectives. Monitoring market trends and competitors, conducting sales forecasts, and mentoring the sales team will also be key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets and develop strategic business plans
• Prior experience in Critical Care division is must
• 1 year of experience as a 1st line manager
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Leadership experience in managing and motivating sales teams to perform effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for market analysis and data-driven decision-making
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous
