Business Manager – Noorio(Kolkata)

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing, launching, and overall business development and promotion of consumer electronics products, preferably within mobile handset chains such as Oppo, Vivo, Samsung, Croma or similar brands, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview:
The role will be responsible for planning and executing demand generation and demand fulfilment strategies for the Noorio brand. Working closely with the promoters and an external advisor, the incumbent will be expected to formulate a comprehensive business plan, prepare sales and expense budgets, and execute the same through a team of internal employees and external agency partners.

The candidate should also have adequate exposure to digital campaign management, with hands-on experience in expanding business through online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce channels.

The incumbent will play an active role in planning the business’s growth and building an organization to support the same over a three-year horizon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Category Management: Assess competitive strengths and weaknesses of Noorio products versus alternatives and define target customers and go-to-market approach
• Sales Development: Evaluate online and offline sales channels and build channel propositions considering profitability and channel expectations
• Brand Development: Develop marketing strategies that drive immediate sales while reducing customer acquisition costs over time
• Lead Execution: Build and manage a lean and effective internal and external team to drive execution across channels

Ideal Candidate Profile:
An ambitious sales and marketing professional from the consumer electronics sector, excited about owning a full P&L role. The candidate should demonstrate a bias for action, an appetite for experimentation, and the ability to both present original ideas and build upon inputs from others.

Experience Sought:

• Exposure to category management in an electronics manufacturing or retail organization
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and execution of digital-first campaigns
• Experience selling through online marketplaces and/or modern trade channels

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,322.44 - ₹60,996.46 per month
