Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager in pharmaceuticals with ELLIOTT LABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, from initial concept through to market launch. Key responsibilities include market research, planning, and implementing product strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring product performance. This role is primarily based in our Gurugram office, though some remote work is acceptable. Qualifications Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product lifecycle management Experience in market research and analysis, product strategy planning, and execution Excellent project management, coordination, and multitasking skills Proficiency in data-driven decision making and performance measurement Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and familiarity with regulatory requirements
