Position: Area Business Manager

Channel: Agency Business Partner Channel

Locations: Guwahati | Duliajan | Dibrugarh

About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented professionals to join our Agency Business Partner Channel. The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing Business Partners who will, in turn, recruit and guide their team of Life Insurance Advisors to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Recruit, train, and manage Business Partners (BPs).

2.Support BPs in recruiting and developing Life Insurance Advisors.

3.Drive sales targets and ensure business growth.

4.Conduct performance reviews and training sessions.

5. Build strong relationships and ensure compliance with company and IRDAI guidelines.

Who Can Apply:

1. Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

2.3-6 years of experience in sales, team handling, or agency recruitment (Life Insurance candidate preferred)

3. Strong communication, leadership & networking skills
