Job Description

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as Apprentices in the Kitchen Department. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance our culinary offerings.
Participate in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude towards colleagues.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and ingredients.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, such as ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
