Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice F&B Service professional at ITC Grand Chola. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure guest complaints are resolved promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in inventory management and stock control.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Develop and maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
