Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in employee engagement initiatives
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in organizing training and development activities
• Help in updating HRIS information in tool, drafting HR documents, letters, and reports
• Participate in employee engagement and welfare activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the HR team
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong interest in HR and people management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
