Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Appointment Setter located in Pune. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting and scheduling appointments, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with potential clients. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service to foster strong client relationships and support the sales team by ensuring a streamlined appointment scheduling process.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
• Experience in Lead Generation or B2B IT Sales
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
