Location: Viman Nagar, Pune

We are seeking proactive, articulate, and goal-oriented individuals to support our business development efforts by scheduling meetings with potential clients on behalf of our sales team.

Position Overview:

As an Appointment Generation, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients through various communication channels and secure scheduled meetings for our clients representatives. This role is essential in creating a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, or LinkedIn

2. Provide a brief overview of our services and gather preliminary client requirements

3. Assess and qualify prospects based on pre-defined criteria

4. Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems

6. Conduct follow-ups to ensure scheduled meetings are honored

Candidate Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

2. Strong interpersonal and listening abilities

3. Basic computer proficiency

4. Prior experience in appointment Generation is an advantage

Job Details:

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
