The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with key decision-makers for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication, persistence, and prior experience working in US time zones. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified appointments. Engage with C-level executives, VP, Directors, and decision-makers in US-based companies. Run BANT, MQL, SQL, and HQL qualification before setting up sales appointments. Manage lead databases, CRM entries, pipeline tracking , and follow-ups. Execute campaign-based outreach for content syndication, product demos, and discovery calls. Achieve weekly & monthly targets for meetings booked, conversions, and lead quality. Maintain excellent communication etiquette suited for US clients. Coordinate closely with internal sales, marketing, and client teams to optimize lead quality. Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of proven experience in US B2B appointment setting or SDR / Lead Generation roles . Strong understanding of B2B sales, SaaS, IT services, demand generation , or technology-based products. Expertise in qualifying leads with BANT or equivalent frameworks . Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Outreach, Apollo, etc.). Excellent verbal communication , accent clarity, and objection-handling skills. Ability to work US hours and meet aggressive performance targets. Strong understanding of email outreach , LinkedIn prospecting , and data research .
