Application Specialist

As an experienced Application Specialist with 8-10 years of experience in implementing and integrating enterprise applications, your role will involve a mix of technical expertise, business analysis, and project execution skills. It is crucial to have experience in integrating SaaS applications with SAP S/4HANA for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end implementation of SaaS/application projects and support larger enterprise rollouts. - Work closely with business users to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into system specifications. - Test application integrations with SAP (S/4HANA/ECC), including APIs and middleware, demonstrating a high level of understanding of SAP. - Conduct user training workshops, prepare guides, and drive adoption of the applications. - Track milestones, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. - Maintain workflows, test cases, and technical notes for documentation purposes. Qualifications: - Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (Masters preferred). - 8-10 years of experience in application/SaaS implementation. - Hands-on experience integrating applications with SAP S/4HANA or ECC. - Proven expertise as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, documentation, and user stories. - Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams. - Working knowledge of AI/Agentic AI tools for automating documentation, requirement mapping, workflow visualization, and basic integration validation to improve delivery speed and accuracy is preferable.,
