Application Specialist

The company values teamwork, quality, and is committed to shaping the next generation of molecular diagnostics. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support customers with application training of TRUPCR assays, including on-site/off-site training, troubleshooting, demos, and technical support in the assigned territory - Assist Sales team with pre- and post-sales support activities by providing deep technical expertise and responding to customer requests - Provide technical feedback to the R&D team for product improvement - Draft technical protocols/reports from customer interactions - Collaborate with R&D and marketing for applications data and collateral generation - Handle complaints escalated by Sales team and manage post-marketing surveillance - Assist in marketing activities such as CMEs, Road Shows, and participation in conferences **Qualification Required:** - Bachelors or Masters in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Biotechnology) - 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Real Time PCR workflow in Diagnostic Lab Setup - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to work well in a global, cross-functional team - Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time *Company Details:* 3B BlackBio Dx Limited is an innovative and dynamic company focused on molecular diagnostics, offering competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.
