We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our India & SEA region marketing efforts. As the Marketing Manager for India & SEA, youll be at the forefront of driving brand visibility, generating demand, and accelerating pipeline growth across the region. Youll act as the crucial bridge between global marketing strategy and local executionensuring every initiative is tailored to the unique dynamics of your markets. In this role, youll collaborate closely with regional sales teams and global marketing counterparts to deliver impactful campaigns, memorable events, and targeted programs that spark customer engagement and fuel revenue growth. Your strategic insight and local expertise will shape how the brand connects, resonates, and thrives in India and Southeast Asia. Even though you are working closely with our global marketing team, you are independent contributor in our India & SEA region. You will be reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer Toni Renberg, and you are part of global marketing team. Your key responsibilities: Craft and execute a powerful, region-specific marketing strategy and budget that aligns with business goals and sales targets across India and Southeast Asia. Lead the planning and execution of high-impact field events, conferences, seminars, roadshows, webinarsthat spark interest, generate leads, and move opportunities forward. Be a trusted partner to the sales team, equipping them with the tools, content, and insights they need to convert leads and grow the pipeline. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign and event performance, including leads, pipeline contribution, and ROI. What we expect from you: Proven ability to create content and communicate in English. BSc Degree in international marketing, digital marketing or product marketing. At least ten years of experience in a similar role, preferably in marketing B2B software solutions. Proven track record in creating offline and online events. Expertise in creating product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates us from competition. Ability to prepare and manage a realistic marketing plan/budget with maximize return on investment. Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. Experience working in global and multicultural team. Sales experience is an advantage.
