Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Specialist located in New Delhi. The Order Processing Executive will be responsible for providing Application training, conducting hands on workshops for us of ELISA, Rapid Tests, Point of Care Diagnostics, among other Immunoassays. Responsibilities Customer Application Support: Provide end-to-end technical and application support for diagnostic assays and systems used in hospital and reference laboratories. Assay Standardisation: Guide customer labs in the standardisation, optimisation, and validation of immunoassays to ensure accurate and reproducible test results. Workflow Improvement: Assess and enhance laboratory workflows, focusing on efficiency, turnaround time (TAT), and overall quality. On-Site Troubleshooting & Training: Deliver on-site and remote troubleshooting, user training, and refresher programs for assays, instruments, and workflows. Implementation Support: Assist with installation, method verification, assay onboarding, and customer orientation for new kits and systems. Technical Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site visits, troubleshooting reports, assay performance observations, and customer feedback. Customer Communication: Handle technical queries via email and phone with clarity, professionalism, and timely follow-up. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, service engineering, inventory, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
