Application Specialist

As an Application Support / Tech Support personnel at our client, you will be responsible for troubleshooting with Windows & Mac systems, requiring good English communication skills and voice support experience. Your role will involve providing support for accounting software applications, focusing on the Financial domain. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to accounting software applications on MacOS and Windows platforms in a BPO / KPO / Tech Support environment - Identify bugs, handle software installation and uninstallation, and address system-related issues on Mac and Windows systems - Familiarize yourself with system troubleshooting steps, including analyzing windows or mac logs - Create and update escalation logs and training documentation for users on MacOS and Windows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate to development teams when necessary Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in a similar role - Expertise in supporting accounting software applications on MacOS and Windows operating systems - Experience in providing support for accounting software applications - Educational qualification of any Graduation - Work experience in the Financial sector or understanding of Financial domain - Good English communication skills About Client: Our client is an AI first Innovation Engineering Services & Solutions company with a global presence in 23 locations and a team of over 5,500 employees.
