Job Title: Technical Support Executive / Application Specialist

Location: Preferably Coimbatore, or any other city in Tamil Nadu

Experience Required

1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely product demonstrations and perform troubleshooting, ensuring proactive communication and coordination with internal teams.
• Visit laboratories, customer sites, and participate in programs/EXPOs to showcase and promote products.
• Conduct monthly performance checks of High Throughput (HTP) and NAT Labs, including existing customer locations.
• Guide and support internal teams to ensure smooth planning and processing of customer samples.
• Prepare, maintain, and update SOPs, presentations (PPTs), user manuals, and IFUs in an easily accessible format.
• Collect, document, and share customer feedback with R&D, Production, and QC teams for continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of molecular diagnostic products and laboratory workflows.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
