Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Varanasi. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training to sales staff, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include identifying new market opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Qualifications

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to provide effective Training to sales staff
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in the ceramics or building materials industry is a plus
