Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Chennai. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks including developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer inquiries, conducting sales presentations, providing customer service, and training new team members. The role will also involve sales management duties and collaboration with the sales team to achieve targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management Experience in Training and supporting sales teams Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the machinery or medical equipment industry is a plus
