Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing training to the sales team, and enhancing customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining detailed customer records, analyzing market trends, and managing promotional activities aimed at increasing brand visibility and sales. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Strong Sales and Sales Management experience Proficiency in providing training to the sales team Ability to analyze market trends and devise promotional activities Proven track record in achieving sales targets Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the healthcare or medical equipment distribution industry is mandatory.
