🎨 Position: Public Relations & Marketing Executive

📍 Location: Hybrid (Work-from-home + Occasional Site Visits in Kolkata / Shantiniketan)

About AIM

For over 22 years, AIM (Art Illuminates Mankind) has worked to preserve and promote India’s rich folk art, craft, and cultural heritage, while empowering rural artisans and women-led communities across the country. We try to bridge the gap between tradition and modernity, connecting craft clusters to audiences around the world through exhibitions, workshops, and cultural collaborations.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team and help us amplify AIM’s voice. If you are someone with passion for social impact through art, this is your place. This is not a typical day job, we are looking for someone with interesting ideas and passion to grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project bookings and communication for AIM events and initiatives.

• Handle public relations , build and maintain connections with partners, sponsors, and collaborators.

• Oversee online presence, manage social media, website updates, and client communications to boost engagement and visibility.

• Coordinate with artisan clusters and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Support creative campaigns and outreach strategies for cultural programs and exhibitions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong writing and coordination ability.

• A genuine passion for art, culture, and social impact.

• Knowledge of digital / social media management.

• A proactive, responsible, and empathetic approach to community work.

PROPOSED SALARY: Competitive - dependent on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.
