Key Responsibilities

End to end handling of package requests with SCCM/Intune deployment Able to provide deployment reports and handle package failure cases with the log investigation.

Technical Experience

Admin Studio

• Coordinate desktop security updates to ensure compliance while minimizing operational risk and impact
• Provide input into strategic direction and provide technical leadership within the App Delivery team
• Own and implement process and technical improvements including process documentation and compliance improvements
• Create partnerships with Information Security and LOB associates to understand the desktop requirements and challenges
• Engage Application Owners/Developers/Vendors as needed to develop appropriate technical solutions
• Create application packages in MSI and/or Virtual format (App-V and Thinapp)
• Maintain windows updates using Configuration Manager 2012
• Create deployment plans that mitigate risk, minimize conflict, and maximize level of effort
• Create partnerships with support teams ensuring they’re aware of desktop changes and have an opportunity to provide feedback
• Remediate issues discovered during testing or deploymentDevelop and implement process automation via PowerShell
• Responsible for in-depth troubleshooting of complex laptop\desktop issues for root cause and recommended solution
• Provide translation of business requirements into technical designs for end user computing initiatives
• Demonstrates technical leadership by staying current on new technologies
• Maintains up to date knowledge on the most recent scripting, packaging, and endpoint client management technologies and evaluates vendor products by reviewing white papers, attending conferences and vendor demonstrations
• Maintains collaborative working relationship with IS services (database, data center, servers, desktop, networking, security), and software vendors, as needed
• Implements continuous improvements (upgrades and patches) to ensure the environment is preventively maintained, running properly and protected from computer viruses and/or other security threats
• Interacts with users and other IS teams to accommodate requests for services
• Creates and maintains all required technical documentation per IS methodology and processes
• Leads trouble shooting initiatives and resolves failures by analyzing issues and implementing corrective actions. Leads root cause analysis and takes measures to address root cause analysis findings
• Leads project work stream activities, working with internal and external cross-functional groups
• Adheres to project plans, tasks, and deliverables; identify dependencies and resource requirements
• Appropriately communicates project status, escalate issues, and manage timelines and action itemsLeads the development and monitoring of policies and standards for server equipment resource capacity allocation to users and applications. Excellent Packaging skill with well-versed Knowledge of Scripting language like VB, Batch and PowerShell Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies Soft Skills, Excellent communication and conversation skills Verbal and Written - Good documentation skills with great customer handling skills
• Troubleshooting the packages in case of failure
• Maintaining high quality deliverables
• Scripting experience VBScript and Powershell
• Provide third level support on packages, deployment, and windows update issues
