Role Overview:

Salesforce Application Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of Salesforce-based non-clinical applications, including
design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
.
Support
system troubleshooting
, perform
software updates
, and implement
enhancements
or new features.
Develop, execute, and maintain
test scripts and validation protocols
; coordinate with end users to ensure application reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
seamless delivery and support
of Salesforce applications.
Create and maintain
technical documentation
, ensuring adherence to
change management
and governance standards.
Participate in
on-call rotations
and provide prompt responses to off-hour incidents when required.
Stay updated with
Salesforce platform enhancements
and ensure continuous learning across relevant modules.
Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure optimal alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

5+ years
of total IT experience, with
3+ years focused on Salesforce applications.
Proven hands-on experience in:
Salesforce Health Cloud:
2+ years with 3–4 end-to-end projects.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud:
Strong working knowledge (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).
Strong
analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving
abilities.
Understanding of
business workflows
and operational processes in healthcare and marketing domains.
Excellent
communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management
skills.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to evolving technologies and project requirements.

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Health Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Administrator).
Experience with
integration tools
(MuleSoft, Informatica) and
API management
.
Knowledge of
data governance
,
security models
, and
compliance frameworks
in Salesforce.
Exposure to
Agile methodologies
and
DevOps practices
for Salesforce deployment and release management.
