Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of non-clinical applications including design, build, testing, and maintenance, ranging from small service requests to large-scale implementations.
• Provide support for troubleshooting, software updates, and implementation of new features/enhancements.
• Participate in system testing and validation by developing, executing, and maintaining testing protocols; coordinate with end users as required.
• Coordinate tasks across departments to ensure smooth support and delivery of non-clinical applications.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment to maintain stable and functional software applications.
• Develop and maintain system documentation; ensure compliance with change management procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation, providing immediate response for off-hours incidents.
• Stay current with cross-training and continuous education in all departmental areas of expertise.

Summary

The IS Application Analyst is responsible for gathering, interpreting, and utilizing complex data to maintain stable operations and drive continuous improvement of IS applications. These systems may include solutions supporting clinical, fiscal, IS, and business operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to design system components, write specifications, perform system builds, and produce system-level documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT experience (minimum 3+ years in Salesforce applications).
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (primary focus).
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud (secondary).
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good business acumen; ability to understand operational workflows supported by applications.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new applications and assignments.
