Your Role
As the App Product Manager, you will own the Cureocity app experience end-to-end. From deep personalization workflows to engagement features and health insights, your work will shape how users transform their health through our platform. You’ll drive strategy, design, tech, and data to build features that are not just used — but loved.
Key Responsibilities
● Product Strategy & Execution: Define and deliver on a roadmap that aligns with Cureocity’s vision of integrated, personalized health. Prioritize features based on user feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
● Own the App Experience: Lead the development of intuitive, flexible modules (like 4D Assessments and 4D Routines) that adapt to user context — workouts, travel, stress, sleep, and more.
● Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with design, engineering, content, and health science teams. Run sprints, manage backlogs, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
● Data-Driven Optimization: Use behavioral data, cohort retention, and health outcomes to iterate intelligently. Know when to scale, when to pivot, and when to kill a feature.
● User Voice & Insights: Conduct user interviews, synthesize health trends, and integrate with customer support feedback to build things that solve real, everyday problems.
What You’ll Need
● 3–6 years of experience in product management, ideally in health-tech, fitness apps, or wellness platforms
● Strong understanding of mobile UX and behavior-driven engagement models
● Experience working with engineering teams using Agile/Scrum
● Ability to translate health science into usable, user-friendly features
● Bonus: Past experience as a founder, fitness enthusiast, or health coach is a huge plus
● Technical understanding (you can speak dev fluently, even if you don’t code)
● Passion for personalized health, not generic wellness
Nice-to-Have Skills
● Exposure to tools like Mix panel, Firebase, PostHog
● Prior experience integrating wearables, health APIs (Google Fit, Apple Health, etc.) ● Knowledge of GPT/AI-driven features (for health coaching or user prompts)
● Background in psychology, nutrition, or human behavior design
