Job Description

Job Summary: The Office Boy is responsible for supporting daily office operations by performing various administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth internal communication and hospitality services. Key Responsibilities Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and distribution of documents. Run errands such as going to the bank, post office, or collecting office supplies. Monitor and replenish office supplies, stationery, and pantry items. Assist with the setup and preparation of meeting rooms. Handle mail distribution (incoming and outgoing). Support minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with facilities staff when needed. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage. Basic knowledge of office equipment (printer, photocopier, etc.). Good hygiene and personal presentation. Ability to multitask and prioritize duties. Polite, reliable, and trustworthy. Physical stamina to carry out cleaning and lifting tasks.
