 Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ansible Developer to join our Automation team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building, enhancing, and maintaining Ansible playbooks to streamline infrastructure deployment and configuration processes. You will work closely with procedure owners and DevOps teams to design scalable automation solutions aligned with enterprise standards.  Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for automation of infrastructure and application deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management. Collaborate using Git for version control and manage shared repositories in a structured DevOps environment. Design and implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, and E2E) to ensure high-quality deliverables. Gather automation requirements from internal stakeholders and propose efficient solutions. Conduct code reviews, effort estimations, and peer evaluations for Ansible playbooks and automation scripts. Document technical processes, deployment steps, and automation procedures for operational clarity. Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, following agile and DevOps best practices. 易 Required Skills & Experience Solid hands-on experience developing Ansible Playbooks for enterprise-scale infrastructure automation. Strong scripting capabilities in Shell, Bash, and PERL. Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development. Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions). Proven understanding of Linux/Unix system administration. Proficient in using JIRA for task tracking and sprint planning. Skilled in writing and maintaining automated test scripts for infrastructure and configuration validations. Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities. Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned modules and tasks. ✅ Preferred Qualifications Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles beyond Ansible (e.g., Terraform). Prior experience in hybrid or enterprise data center/cloud environments. Experience working in global, multi-site teams or enterprise clients.  Why Join DYNE?
