IT Operations Support Specialist - Back Office Safeguarding

Role Overview
We are seeking 20 skilled Back Office Safeguarding Project Consultants to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals with 4–6 years of experience in IT operations, ticket monitoring, change management, and data analysis. Consultants will work in a hybrid capacity (remote + onsite at client’s Bangalore office as needed), supporting global operations with 24/7 coverage in shifts. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and escalation when required. Support change management processes to minimize business impact and ensure compliance. Perform data analysis, generate reports, and support decision-making. Collaborate with global teams to safeguard enterprise cloud services. Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, KPIs, and project standards. Work in shift rotations (24/7 coverage) to maintain operational continuity. Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years of professional experience in IT operations or process consulting. Hands-on experience with ticket monitoring and incident management tools. Solid understanding of change management processes within enterprise environments. Strong data analysis and reporting skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Nice to Have Experience in SAP ECS / Cloud Operations. ITIL certification or knowledge of IT service management frameworks. Previous exposure to large-scale enterprise projects with 24/7 operations.
