Analytics Manager

Job Summary

This role partners closely with Senior stakeholders, Fraud Policy, Operations and technology teams and ability is required to drive and implement strategic interventions.

Manage and deliver on multiple analytics projects and work in close knit collaboration with different teams for implementation. Provide thought leadership and drive the team to execute strategic projects and ensure in contribution to organization wider goal to become a Data centric organization. Proficiency in GenAI technologies and frameworks is good to have for this position.

The responsibilities will include following:

• Models:

  Develop and deploy complex Machine learning models from masses of data
• Strategic Projects: Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings.

• Process Reengineering:

  Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities-

• Business Intelligence:

  Identifies data patterns & trends and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment.

• Model Monitoring & Validation:

  Declutter information from masses of data and comprehend complicated model to validate accuracy of the model.

• Gen AI:

  Develop and implement innovative applications using Generative AI technologies to solve complex business problems and create new value streams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Engineering / MBA background from a premier institute is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in statistical analysis with working knowledge of: SAS, SQL, Python/R, Modelling and Machine Learning
• Experience on business problems around sales/marketing strategy optimization, pricing optimization, cross-sell and retention.
• Experience in usage of different analytical techniques, like segmentation, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, hypothesis testing, optimization, Gen AI etc.
• Ability to drive clear and comprehensive communication flow between business stakeholders and the team and vice versa, translating analytical findings into key insights and actionable recommendations

• Mode:

  Work From Office (WFO)

• Timings:

  Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM on Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
