Analyst/Associate

We are hiring for an Analyst/Associate role at a Family Office / Venture Capital platform investing in early-stage startups. We are looking for a curious, driven, and entrepreneurial Analyst to join our client -. What You’ll Do

• Deal Sourcing & Research:

  Identify emerging startups, sectors, and founders; build and manage a pipeline of investment opportunities.

• Founder Interactions:

  Engage with early-stage entrepreneurs, attend pitch meetings, evaluate business models, and develop strong founder relationships.

• Investment Analysis:

  Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and financial analysis to support investment decisions.

• Community Building:

  Actively participate in startup events, founder networks, and ecosystem initiatives to strengthen our brand and deal flow.

• Portfolio Support:

  Work with portfolio companies to provide strategic insights, connections, and operational support.

• Internal Processes:

  Help shape internal knowledge, research notes, and sector deep-dives to drive team decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Background:

  2–5 years of experience in venture capital, startups, strategy consulting, or investment banking.

• Mindset:

  Excited by ambiguity and “messy” environments; thrives in unstructured, high-energy work settings.

• Network:

  Connected to or passionate about India’s startup ecosystem; eager to meet founders and attend startup events.

• Skills:

  Strong analytical ability, sharp communication skills, and the curiosity to dig deep into markets and new business models.
