As a Corporate Marketing Professional at Singhi Advisors, a Global Investment Banking Organization with a successful track record of domestic & cross border M&As, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Strategy**: - Execute business development strategies for target sectors/clients for M&A products/deals - Lead the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for management and the board of directors - Assist SBU Head with the development of broader strategic initiatives - Manage and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of complex data - Develop detailed sector reports and ensure their regular update - **Research and Prospecting**: - Monitor industry M&A developments and assess implications for Singhi Advisors - Collaborate with senior team members/SBU to identify and evaluate potential acquisition and investment opportunities - Research and approach merger and acquisition targets through various channels like internet prospecting, networking, and database searches - Develop various financial models to value debt and equity for mergers and acquisitions - Prepare and review materials used in client financing, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitch books - Create presentations for client portfolios and ensure timely submission - **Analytics**: - Execute industry analysis of prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, and market share possibilities - Coordinate due diligence, analysis, and documentation of live transactions - Submit reports of fundamental analysis and financial statements - Track key metrics and support project management of M&A transactions - Assist in legal negotiations regarding transaction-related contracts with external counsel - **Collaboration**: - Develop a deep understanding of identified sectors with high M&A potential and build relationships with key players and decision-makers in those sectors - Maintain healthy relations during the M&A deal period from formulation to execution to ensure future business potential - Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify new mandates - Present Monthly SBU MIS **Qualifications**: - MBA/PGDM in Finance from a premier institute - CA/CFA with Articleship experience from Big 4 accounting firms **Experience**: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the financial sector, equity research house, or investment banking firms - Experience as a key member of the chairman's office or working closely with senior management is preferred **Location**: - Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore **About Singhi Advisors**: Singhi Advisors is a home-grown Global Investment Banking Organization providing M&A Advisory & Corporate Finance services for the last 30 years.
