The work will be focused on developing high-quality research documents, along with need assessment, situation analysis,data analysis, brainstorming with relevant stakeholders, and collaborating withthe allied departments or stakeholders of the Government. The Associate will beexpected to come up with critical research inputs, contribute to the managementsignificant policy recommendations. The position provides a tremendousopportunity to get exposure to multiple domains while working with thepolicymakers and allied departments of the government. Roles & Responsibilities:- Providing technical assistance and knowledge support to key government bodies on climate changeresearch on subnational topics etc. Support the project lead with drafting proposals, RFPs, etc Developing high-quality research documents on the topic of concern relating to the environment, renewables, climate, andenergy. Supportstate team members with impact report, case study documentation, etc. Requirements Quali\uFB01cations Required:- Post-graduate degree in any field, with a preference for those possessing a degree in Environment energy and other similar disciplines Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience inworking with policymakers, with a strong preference for those working on issues of air pollution/clean air policy, renewable energy, etc. Demonstratedability of drafting high-end proposals, RFPs, etc. At least 3 years of experience working inresearch positions Prior experience of working with multilateral agencies and large foundations will be favorably looked upon Skill and aptitude required:- Demonstrated ability to work in teams Research skills Critical thinking ability Problem-Solving skills Proficiency in MS o\uFB03ce and IT Tools Documentation skills Presentation skill Personality Traits:- Problem solver Planner Team Player Agile Tech Savvy Quick Learner Base location of operation: New Delhi.Travel requirement.
