Job Description

The IT and Office Admin Assistant will beresponsible for overseeing both the organizations technology infrastructureand the smooth day-to-day functioning of office administration. This dual-roleposition demands a proactive and organized professional capable of managing ITsystems, supporting end users, and ensuring the workplace remains functional,secure, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day operations across departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to standard procedures. Overseeing general office administration including facility management, equipment maintenance, and overall workplace safety and functionality. Ensure smooth coordination of office services such as travel arrangements, utilities, and infrastructure support. Overseeing the maintenance, performance, and security of all IT systems, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and telecommunications. Provide technical support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues and maintaining minimum downtime. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT and office infrastructure. Manage email systems, data backup protocols, antivirus/security tools, and user access controls in compliance with organizational standards. Maintain asset inventory for IT equipment and office supplies, ensuring proper documentation and lifecycle tracking. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, software licensing, and internal IT policies. Assisting the finance & the HR team in budgeting and cost control for administrative and operational expenditures and daily work activities, whenever required. Requirements Bachelor\ degree in Information Technology,Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT support and officeadministration Strong understanding of IT systems,hardware/software troubleshooting, and network security. Strong organizational, problem-solving, andcommunication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, GoogleWorkspace, and basic server/network tools. Experience with helpdesk systems, IT assetmanagement tools, and compliance tracking. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in adynamic environment with minimal supervision.
