Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- HR Operation Analyst is responsible for supporting and enhancing the efficiency of HR operation by analyzing HR Data, optimizing processes and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures.
- This role involves managing HR Systems, reporting and data integrity while collaborating with various HR Functions to drive process improvement.
- Engage in processing and reviewing of transaction as per the standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Responsible to Perform all HR Ops activities with 100% quality & as per agreed timelines. Process Expertise on Onboarding, Off Boarding & Work Force Administration.

QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources / business administration / information systems, or related fields
- 2 + Years of experience in HR Operations, data analysis, or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge on HRIS platform (E.g.: Peoplesoft, Workday, Oracle)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Data Analytics tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
