What this job involves:
The Designer will be required to design and develop materials to support business development, marketing initiatives and campaigns, high-end property marketing and leadership decks/pitches. Candidate who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. Strong working experience in MS PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
The candidate will work closely with the Design Manager. He/she must understand the strategy, audience and objectives behind complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management. Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, one requires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. We'd like to meet you if you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team.
To apply you need to be:
- Uphold global brand standards while creating effective, dynamic, and well-thought-out presentations and designs. Will need to have the ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of animations and builds, as well as the ability to create easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and diagrams
- Proficient in using MS Office PowerPoint and good knowledge of designing tools Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign).
- Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
- Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
- You have a team-oriented attitude and the ability to contribute to design- and functionality-related marketing decisions
- Production of PowerPoint presentation graphics and other corporate communications materials as per brand guidelines
- Quality and brand consistency are key elements along with timely delivery
- Operate as per the defined workflow processes and Standard Operating Procedures
- Bachelor’s in any discipline or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience.
- Have 1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral
- Strong communication skills, including clearly explaining design decisions in words and writing.
- Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
