Job Description

The Graphic Designer position at JBS Gurugram, India, requires you to design and develop materials supporting business development, sales presentations, and proposals. Your main tasks will include ideation, conceptualization of mood boards/mockups, and creative pitch design and layout using InDesign and PowerPoint. You will embed interactivity and animations as needed to create visually appealing communications that effectively convey messages. Collaborating closely with the APAC creative team, you will need to grasp the strategy, audience, and objectives behind complex design projects. Providing solutions with minimal art direction, you will work with various team members including marketers and management to ensure that the graphics capture attention and convey the right message. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain high-quality visual graphics for the company brand in digital and print communications - Demonstrate a strong understanding of graphic design principles - Gather relevant facts for each project to ensure accurate communication - Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and deadlines - Generate clear ideas and designs of creative assets from concept to completion - Translate business information into visually appealing and impactful designs - Stay updated on visual design standards, processes, and trends - Manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure - Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design work - Contribute to design and functionality-related marketing decisions - Display strong work ethics, initiative, resourcefulness, and multitasking abilities - Work on Real Estate-related deliverables like 2D maps, building illustrations, and brochures Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline or graphic design field with relevant experience - 1 to 3 years of graphic design experience - Strong creative vision and visual arts skills with a portfolio of business-to-business print and digital marketing collateral - Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Word - Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly - Awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital media - Ability to adapt to new tools and processes in a fast-paced environment - Experience in Commercial Real Estate is a plus - Passion for studying industry trends and developing innovative ideas to support JLL's business goals Join JLL today and be part of shaping the future of real estate for a better world.
