to join our
Bharatvam PMO Team
. This is a high-ownership role focused on driving strategic initiatives, research, and data-backed decision making. You will work directly with the senior leadership to define and execute key business projects across product, category, growth, and operations. The role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, is strong with data and insights, and enjoys turning research into real-world impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Help define the roadmap for key business projects and initiatives to drive company-wide growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with leadership, product, sales, category, and operations teams to align on goals and build solutions.
- Research & Insights: Conduct customer and market research to extract deep insights—user interviews, field visits, competitive analysis.
- Data Analysis: Leverage internal and external data to support decisions, uncover trends, and measure the success of projects.
- Cross-functional Execution: Manage project workstreams, support planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Business Reporting: Own periodic reporting for top management; ensure clear, data-backed updates on progress and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in high-performance environments (e.g., consulting, startups, corporate strategy, or analytics roles)
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with structured problem-solving and quantitative reasoning
- Proven ability to execute in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills—clear, structured, and concise
- Passion for understanding customers and converting insights into actionable business strategy.
