To lead the Human Resources function across all business units and geographies, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. The role requires strong business partnership with Sales, Manufacturing, and Corporate teams to drive performance, culture, and capability building in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and future growth plans.
Partner with the leadership team to design organization structure, manpower plans, and capability development frameworks.
Lead the HR team across regions to ensure consistent execution of HR policies and processes.
Partner closely with the Sales Leadership team to support the field sales organization.
Oversee manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and retention for Sales & Distribution teams.
Drive sales incentive programs, performance-linked rewards, and recognition frameworks.
Monitor attrition trends and design retention interventions for the front-line workforce.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all functions, ensuring timely hiring and quality manpower.
Establish employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Build talent pipelines for critical and high-turnover roles, especially in Sales & Operations.
Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) across all levels.
Ensure goal alignment, periodic reviews, and fair assessment of performance.
Design and implement compensation structures, incentive schemes, and annual appraisal cycles.
Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance motivation, belongingness, and productivity.
Promote an open, performance-driven, and values-based culture.
Conduct periodic engagement surveys and drive action plans.
Create and execute training calendars for sales, managerial, and leadership development.
Identify skill gaps and design interventions to build capability and succession planning.
Ensure adherence to all labor laws and statutory compliances across locations.
Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and grievance handling processes.
Implement HR technology solutions for data-driven decision-making and efficiency.
Drive data-driven HR decisions by leveraging metrics such as attrition, performance, hiring efficiency, and productivity.
Present HR dashboards and insights to leadership regularly.
Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and act on HR metrics.
